things are going pretty bad at the bakery atm, and the only pastry chef left in the bakery just quit her job ! D: sadly, my mentor worked as a baker for 15 years now, and kinda forgot almost everything bout decorating cakes and such...he even said i surpassed him...!! how sad it sad D:
and that makes me the only "pastry chef" left, and i have to friggin' deliver cakes to 4 shops! ;__; haven't even worked a year nor been to school! well... my boss helps me tho, but hes a baker and his cakes are kinda...not good. I even heard from some of the cashiers in the bakery that some customer have been like "oh, so he's back making cakes..." i also get kinda ashamed of him... =w =

so yeah, i was gonna go on vacation pretty soon. few days in London with my parents and then visit my cousin and badass friends, but because of lack of people and that my boss had to go on a business trip, i have to cancel my vacation...ive planned everything more than a half year ago...its really sad...
but there might be a lil hope tho, if my mentor isn't too busy, my boss will get him work for me a few days...but the bakers always have much to do, so u dunno...

ok, my complaining is over...

oh, and i haven't really been making any awesome cakes lately, so was thinking of challenging myself to make a really pretty cake once a month.
thinking of doing Halloween themed this month of course
